With over 20 years of experience in Naturopathic medicine, Rebecca is passionate about helping her clients achieve healthy, glowing skin. She takes a holistic approach to treatment, assessing the whole body to uncover the root causes of your skin concerns.
Rebecca treats a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, rosacea, dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, and dry skin. She is especially skilled in addressing hormonal acne and cystic acne, working to restore a youthful complexion from the inside out using nutrition, powerful antioxidants and herbs.
Her comprehensive approach may include testing to assess bowel, liver, and digestive health, as well as evaluating detoxification pathways. By balancing hormones, supporting immune function, and improving detoxification processes, Rebecca aims to clear toxins and reduce inflammation—key factors in skin healing. She also focuses on supporting the lymphatic system, enhancing skin elasticity, and preventing infection to ensure your skin’s integrity.
Rebecca takes a deep dive into driving factors such as PCOS, insulin resistance, infections, and nutritional deficiencies that may be affecting your skin. Her goal is to help you achieve long-lasting skin health by addressing underlying issues and creating personalised treatment plans using herbal medicine, nutrient-dense foods, and supplements.
Rebecca’s journey into naturopathy began at a young age, growing up with a passion for whole foods and using food as medicine. This early interest in nutrition led her to study Naturopathy, and she has continued to expand her knowledge through ongoing professional education.
Rebecca holds an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy from ACNT in Sydney (1997) and a Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine) from Charles Sturt University (2002), where she earned a Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. Her expertise and commitment to individualised care ensure that you receive the most effective treatments tailored to your specific needs.
